In March 2025, Circuits, Africa’s leading virtual cinema and digital entertainment platform, launched the Launch Pad Project—a visionary initiative aimed at closing the skills-to-employment gap in Africa’s rapidly expanding creative economy. This program was created to build a pipeline of highly skilled growth analysts trained in sales, marketing, and growth strategy, while providing real-world experience and direct access to employment opportunities within the creative and digital industries.

With an ambitious goal to onboard 5,000 growth analysts by December 2025, the program has already achieved remarkable milestones. As of 18 May 2025, 1,235 young professionals have been onboarded, with 350 interns placed at Circuits and 109 earning stable monthly incomes through consistent performance and real-world impact.

The Launch Pad Internship is not only equipping Africa’s youth with in-demand digital skills but also transforming them into versatile professionals ready to thrive in creative, tech, media, and other related industries. This initiative is a game-changer for youth employment in Africa, laying the foundation for a stronger, digitally-driven creative workforce across the continent.
