No, you can only watch the specific movie you paid for within the timeframe you pay for. However, you can watch that movie as many times as you like within the access period.

Circuits offers flexible viewing options to suit your needs. You can choose from the following access durations:

  • Movies: 8 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours.
  • Series: 5 days or 7 days.

Each access option has a different price, so you can select what works best for you!

Payments made through the Circuits app can only be processed using cards linked to your Google Play or Apple iOS account. However, in certain countries, bank transfer is available only through the Circuits website.

No, Circuits does not require a monthly subscription. As a virtual cinema, you only pay for the movies, series, or shows you choose to watch—no ongoing commitments. That said, we are introducing a new option, which will allow users to pay for a curated bundle of content available to them over an extended period.

Yes! Once you have paid for a title, you can watch it on any compatible device where Circuits is available, including our website, mobile apps, and all the major smart TVs, as long as your access remains valid. Kindly refer to the banner on our website to see the list of smart TVs compatible with the Circuits app.

Promo codes do not work on the app; they can only be redeemed on the Circuits website. However, after redeeming a promo code on the website, you can watch the content on the app or your TV, provided it is a compatible device.

You can redeem promo codes exclusively on the Circuits website by following these steps:

  1. Select your preferred movie.
  2. Click Rent.
  3. Choose your preferred access option.
  4. Enter your promo code.
  5. Click Complete to finalise your purchase.

This usually happens due to network issues. You can try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder for the code.
  2. Log in using Google or Facebook, which does not require an activation code.

For users in Nigeria and Ghana, transfer payments are only available through the website using the Opay transfer option. Circuits also offers various payment methods, including debit cards, USSD, and more, depending on your location.

If you are using an incompatible device (such as certain TVs), you might experience a blank screen. If you’re using a compatible TV, or if this issue is happening on your phone, try the following steps:

  1. Update your device’s operating system.
  2. Restart the app and try again.
  3. If the problem persists, contact our support team at info@circuits.tv

Preordered titles are already discounted, so promo codes cannot be applied to them.

Circuits is dedicated to showcasing African content, including films, series, comedy, and more. We are constantly expanding our database to bring you the best African entertainment, and we are working on introducing the best foreign content.

No, Circuits supports multiple currencies. Users see prices in their local currency based on their location on the website and based on the location settings of their devices while using the app. For example, if you are in the U.S., you will see the price in USD on the website, and when using the app, prices will be displayed based on the location settings of your device.

You cannot pay in Naira if you are outside Nigeria. You can only pay in the currency of your location when using the Circuits.

No, Circuits does not currently offer offline viewing. You need an active internet connection to stream content on the platform. We are working to make this download function available as soon as possible.

 Access on Circuits is counted from the time of purchase. You can pause and play within the access period, but access will expire after the number of hours purchased has elapsed from the time of purchase.

Not all movies on Circuits are available globally. Some are available for certain locations only, but these limitations are for a few titles. You will see movies based on your location on the website and based on the location selected for your device while using the app.

Yes, you need to have a Circuits account to watch a movie or series. You can sign up with any of our sign-up options. 

Your Circuits account is limited to any five devices at a time. Once the limit is reached, one device can be removed to make room for another device.

All movies on Circuits are subtitled in various languages. To select a particular subtitle, please select the settings icon on the video player, click the Subtitles setting and select your preferred language for subtitles.
